Please take a moment to read and understand our terms and conditions for makeup appointments: Booking Policy: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be determined at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation/rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in the forfeiture of the appointment and the deposit. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life happens, but please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Allergies/Skin Sensitivity: If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us at the time of booking or during the consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is a risk of harm to your health or safety. Service Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest quality of service and products. If you are unsatisfied with your makeup application, please let us know immediately so we can make every effort to address your concerns. Cleanliness/Hygiene: We adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure your safety and comfort. We use only sanitized tools and products during makeup applications. Photography/Marketing: We may take photographs or videos of your makeup application for marketing purposes. By booking an appointment with us, you give us permission to use these images for our marketing materials. We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time without notice.
